Malai Toast- Jain Recipe

bread, as sandwich or toast, is a great breakfast option, not just because it can be prepared quickly and easily by anyone, but also because it provides a lot of room for creativity and customization. you can make your sandwich or toast just the way you like it!

  • 2-3 bread slices
  • 1 cup solid malai
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp sooji
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • *1/2 cup chopped carrot (optional)
  • in a bowl put malai, salt, pepper, and sooji and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
  • add vegetables and mix well.
  • now put this batter on the bread slices and toast each side on cast iron tawa for a few minutes till light brown colour is visible on both sides.
