Vegetable Atta Pizza- Jain Recipe

a quickly made oil free dish that can mesmerize you with its aroma by making you favorite member of the family.



for preparing dough:

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp yeast (in a luke warm water add little sat and sugar so that it yeast dissolves easily.) {optional}
  • add salt to it and water to make a dough and let it ferment.

for toppings:-

  • 2 tbsp butter.
  • 1-2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1-2 tsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • prepare a dough first , after it gets fermented take a peda out of it and make a roti and make sure that its thickness be around 1/2 cms.
  • add the toppings to this roti and take a fork mark marks to it.
  • take a baking tray add a little cooking oil and spread it on the tray.
  • preheat the oven at 190 degrees .
  • serve hot .
